We are looking for organized and proactive Virtual Assistants to support sales operations in a high-volume environment. This role focuses on managing incoming sales contracts, identifying issues, and ensuring each project progresses smoothly through the pipeline.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working in fast-paced workflows, has experience with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce), and can efficiently manage multiple tasks with accuracy.
Contractors will be required to provide services that align with the following client tasks:
Each engagement is based on a defined scope of work and is governed by an independent contractor agreement. Services must be performed professionally, with adherence to any timelines, guidelines, and deliverables agreed upon in writing.
The Contractor must demonstrate proficiency in the following, depending on the Client’s requirements:
1–3+ years experience in administrative support, sales operations, or CRM management
Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems strongly preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to handle high-volume, fast-paced workflows
Experience reviewing contracts or sales documents is a plus
Quality assurance or process-checking background preferred
Basic Excel or spreadsheet skills
Note: The Company will make reasonable efforts to align the Assigned VA’s schedule with the Client’s preferred hours as set forth above. However, availability may vary based on time zones, capacity, and the contracted hours set in this SOW. Any changes must be mutually agreed to in writing through a revised SOW.
