Title: Independent Contractor – CPT-10449 Marketing & CRM Automation Virtual Assistant (Voiceover Business) (Project-Based) (Remote).

Overview

20four7VA is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide, with a primary focus on developed markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.

The objective of each engagement is to seek a strategic and systems-driven Marketing Virtual Assistant to support a growing professional voiceover and live announcing business.

This is not a task-only admin role. The ideal candidate understands how to market creative services as scalable businesses. The primary objective is to build and implement a structured CRM and outreach system that generates consistent leads for voiceover, narration, and live announcing services.

This role begins as a project-based engagement focused on CRM setup and automation but has strong long-term potential for growth.

Scope of Services

Contractors will be required to provide services that align with the following client tasks:

  • 1. CRM Setup & System Architecture
    Research, recommend, and implement a CRM platform (Apollo AI preferred; alternatives may be proposed)
    Build structured pipelines for different client types (commercial, corporate, events, agencies)
    Create organized tagging, segmentation, and tracking systems
    Ensure CRM supports long-term scalability and automation
  • 2. Email Marketing & Automation
    Design and build automated email workflows
    Develop segmented outreach campaigns by industry/client type
    Create “set-it-and-forget-it” nurture sequences
    Design professional email templates aligned with a creative brand voice
    Implement automation triggers and follow-up sequences
  • 3. Lead Generation & Outreach Systems
    Build and manage targeted contact lists
    Identify potential commercial production companies, agencies, event planners, and corporate clients
    Develop structured outreach campaigns
    Track open rates, replies, conversions, and optimize accordingly
  • 4. Process Optimization & AI Utilization
    Recommend AI tools to streamline research and outreach (optional but preferred)
    Improve efficiency in lead sourcing and personalization
    Create documentation/SOPs for system maintenance
    Ensure minimal daily oversight required once built

Each engagement is based on a defined scope of work and is governed by an independent contractor agreement. Services must be performed professionally, with adherence to any timelines, guidelines, and deliverables agreed upon in writing.


Required Qualifications

The Contractor must demonstrate proficiency in the following, depending on the Client’s requirements:

  • 3+ years experience in marketing automation, CRM management, or outbound lead generation
  • Hands-on experience with Apollo AI or similar CRM platforms (HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, GoHighLevel, etc.)
  • Proven experience building automated email marketing systems
  • Strong understanding of B2B outreach strategy
  • Ability to segment markets and create tailored campaigns
  • Excellent written English communication skills
  • Strategic thinker who can build systems — not just execute tasks
  • Organized, proactive, and self-directed

Preferred Experiences

  • Experience marketing creative services, agencies, or personal brands
  • Background in entertainment, media, production, or creative industries
  • Experience building outbound lead funnels from scratch
  • Familiarity with cold email compliance and best practices

Note: The Company will make reasonable efforts to align the Assigned VA’s schedule with the Client’s preferred hours as set forth above. However, availability may vary based on time zones, capacity, and the contracted hours set in this SOW. Any changes must be mutually agreed to in writing through a revised SOW.

Terms of Engagement

  • Contractors will operate under a Master Services Agreement and a Statement of Work
  • This is not an offer of employment; contractors are not employees of 20four7VA or any client
  • All compensation is processed through 20four7VA according to the terms of the engagement
