CPT-10883 Cold Calling & Lead Generation Virtual Assistant – [Business Support VA/Junior - Senior Level] (Remote).

Overview

20four7VA is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide, with a primary focus on developed markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.

Example: A strategic growth consulting firm is seeking a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support a short-term data cleanup project within HubSpot CRM. This role involves auditing and cleansing existing contact and company records to enhance data accuracy, segmentation, and future automation capabilities. The position is project-based with potential for additional work after the initial scope is completed.

The objective of each engagement is to assist the client in improving business efficiency, enhancing service delivery, or supporting operational functions through high-quality, task-specific services rendered by a qualified contractor.

Scope of Services

Contractors will be required to provide services that align with the following client tasks:

1. Outbound Cold Calling & Lead Generation

  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls to cold homeowner leads
  • Engage prospects in professional and conversational dialogue
  • Introduce the purpose of the call and gauge interest in selling property
  • Handle objections and maintain a positive tone throughout conversations

2. Lead Qualification & Appointment Setting

  • Ask qualifying questions to assess seller motivation and property potential
  • Identify viable opportunities based on client criteria
  • Set appointments OR secure permission for client follow-up calls
  • Ensure only relevant and potentially valuable leads are passed to the client

3. Call Tracking & Data Management

  • Record call outcomes, notes, and lead details accurately
  • Maintain organized tracking of all interactions (CRM or dialer system)
  • Flag high-priority or urgent leads for immediate follow-up

4. Collaboration & Process Improvement

  • Work with the client to refine scripts, call flow, and targeting
  • Provide feedback on lead quality and campaign performance
  • Adapt approach based on results and coaching


    Each engagement is based on a defined scope of work and is governed by an independent contractor agreement. Services must be performed professionally, with adherence to any timelines, guidelines, and deliverables agreed upon in writing.


    Skills

    The Contractor must demonstrate proficiency in the following, depending on the Client’s requirements:

    • 2+ years of experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales outreach
    • Real estate experience preferred (but not required)
    • Strong verbal communication and rapport-building skills
    • Confident, resilient, and comfortable handling rejection
    • Ability to follow scripts while maintaining natural conversation flow
    • Results-oriented with a focus on lead generation and conversion

    APPLICATION SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGEABLE / REQUIRED:

    • Dialers (Power Dialer / Predictive Dialer preferred)
    • CRM systems (experience is a plus, not required)
    • Google Sheets / Excel for tracking
    • Communication tools (Zoom, Gmail, etc.)


    Work Schedule

    • Contracted Hours per Week: 20 Hours
    • Scheduled Working Days: Monday through Friday
    • Daily Working Time: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST

    Note: The Company will make reasonable efforts to align the Assigned VA’s schedule with the Client’s preferred hours as set forth above. However, availability may vary based on time zones, capacity, and the contracted hours set in this SOW. Any changes must be mutually agreed to in writing through a revised SOW.

    Terms of Engagement

    • Contractors will operate under a Master Services Agreement and a Statement of Work
    • This is not an offer of employment; contractors are not employees of 20four7VA or any client
    • All compensation is processed through 20four7VA according to the terms of the engagement
