ROLE: Credit Repair Virtual Assistant (Pooling)

OVERVIEW

We are actively pooling Credit Repair Virtual Assistants to support credit repair companies, mortgage professionals, and financial service providers.

Credit Repair VAs assist with credit dispute workflows, client communication, documentation, reporting, and administrative coordination. This role is highly process-driven and detail-oriented, requiring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to compliance standards.

Candidates may come from direct credit repair backgrounds or from adjacent fields such as administrative support, accounting, finance, mortgage processing, or customer service. Training is provided to ensure all VAs understand credit repair workflows and tools.

INTERNAL TRAINING REQUIREMENT

To be considered for active Credit Repair VA placements, candidates will complete a short, self-paced internal training provided by our company.

This training includes:

  • Overview of credit repair workflows and dispute cycles
  • Introduction to common credit repair tools and CRMs
  • Understanding compliance, documentation standards, and accuracy requirements
  • Best practices for client communication and reporting

This ensures all Credit Repair VAs enter client engagements with a baseline understanding of the credit repair process, regardless of prior experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Credit Repair Workflow Support

  • Assist with credit dispute processing and tracking
  • Maintain accurate client records and dispute logs
  • Update credit reports, timelines, and status notes
  • Follow structured SOPs for dispute cycles

Client Communication & Documentation

  • Assist with client updates, reminders, and progress notifications
  • Prepare and organize documentation and correspondence
  • Maintain confidentiality and compliance with credit regulations

Administrative & Reporting Support

  • Track dispute progress, outcomes, and timelines
  • Prepare internal reports or summaries as required
  • Support data entry, quality checks, and record maintenance
